11:30 – 12:30	Vision Mapping	Define your top three goals for 2026. Dream big, get specific.
12:30 – 1:15	Working Lunch	Great food, good chat, fresh ideas.
1:15 – 2:30	Action Planning	Turn your vision into a roadmap of quarterly focus areas.
2:30 – 3:00	Recap	Recap, refine, and define your immediate post-day actions.
